What to expect

  • We reply within 3 business days. Refunds approved by us settle in 5–10 business days through Stripe.
  • We never ask for your password or billing details. Anyone claiming to be us asking for either is a phishing attempt — please forward it to support@ricochetwarfare.com and delete it.
  • For status incidents (game-wide outage, login failures), we post updates in the Ricochet Warfare Discord first, then on social.
