Refund policy

We want you to enjoy what you buy from Ricochet Warfare. This policy explains when refunds are available, the time limits, and what happens to your in-game items after a refund.
1. Eligibility
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The item or bundle was never granted to your account because of a service error on our side;
- You purchased the wrong item (e.g. duplicate of something you already owned) by mistake and have not used it;
- A material defect prevented you from using the item; or
- A regional consumer-protection law requires it (we honour those rights regardless of the 14-day window).
We may decline refunds if we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent, abusive, or part of a chargeback pattern, or if a battle-pass premium track has already been used to claim multiple tiers.
2. How to request a refund
- Email support@ricochetwarfare.com from the address on your account;
- Include the Stripe receipt ID (visible on your Account page) and a brief reason;
- We’ll respond within 3 business days and, if approved, refund through Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. What happens to your items
When a refund is processed, our Stripe webhook revokes every cosmetic, bundle item, or battle-pass premium grant associated with that purchase. Refunded items are removed from your locker and from any equipped slot; the affected slot falls back to the default cosmetic.
Sparks (soft currency) earned by playing are never refundedbecause they’re free; only purchases made with real money are refundable.
4. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback through your bank instead of contacting us first will result in immediate revocation of the items purchased and may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please email us first.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases, except where you have already begun using the digital content with your express prior consent and acknowledgement of the loss of that right).
